Make a slow transition but at this point its not drawing or rating well but lets just have it heavily focus on the women to the point it just becomes their show. Bet it will be a healthier show for it.

I'd rather they actually put effort into the division than just forsake a show with lower ratings as not mattering so much that the women can have it.

While I wouldn't mind them getting their own show, it only works if you're able to convince the audience that they're more important than the men, and actually PUSH THEM as such.
Otherwise it just looks like ghetto-izing.

I agree, I think that making Collision a women-only show would turn it into Collision island, where it's the only place to see certain wrestlers, kind of like ROH is now for people like Athena and Ego. That's not a good thing, for me.

That's not a good thing, for me. I think it would be that factor in overdrive; it's one thing to use a show to hook in viewers by having someone there as its main draw, there's really no problem with that as long as you can balance things. But making it the only show where the women have any meaningful anything happen will make things worse on Dynamite and it'll isolate a lot of AEW's actual viewerbase from the entire division and from a lot of talents. Like, it's exciting when someone like Emi gets to show up on Dynamite instead of Youtube or Rampage or what have you because Emi is very talented and having her work in front of a big prime time TV audience maybe lets people see that. She straight-up can't get over if she's not seen by the bulk of the audience. To me, these suggestions even well meaning only really help the kinds of people who don't want to see X kind of wrestling, and I'd like to give zero wins to the obnoxiously loud anti-women's wrestling crowd.

I think this is a bad idea. Not only does that put the women's roster into a corner, but it also makes worse the element of roster bloat on the men's side.
Like, the issue can be solved by having more than one women's match on shows more than once in a blue moon. There are spots on Collision and Dynamite where obvious jobber matches can be replaced with a second women's match that can advance an angle. You don't have to reinvent the wheel when the problem is a flat tire.

Nobody would watch it which would exacerbate the problem. They just need to book the division properly.

I'll repeat what I said in the Dynamite Ratings thread for this week - Tony, book more womens stuff on both Dynamite and Collision, and have them main event a PPV you coked up bitch.

I'm starting to agree with this idea. If Flair's on dynamite keep the women far away from him by having their own show.

It can be the show where you see more women, without making it the only show to see women. NXT is that for WWE currently but you're still seeing women getting good amounts of time on Raw/SD and main eventing shows.
When WWE and WCW had shows where they showcased cruiserweights they did well, when they had 205 live it tanked. I'm afraid this idea would be repeating history.

It doesn't have to be THE women's show, but it or Rampage (or both) could be the show where they experiment with having more women's segments and matches.

Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr you could book women more on both shows. More than one match across all shows and not always pigeonholed into the 9:20pm slot would be really f***ing nice.

It's not always 9:20, especially across all three brands, that's been a fallacy for awhile now But yeah, more matches would be good. I don't agree on making Collision an all women's show, but Collision has been having a lot of squash matches lately. You could put another competitive women's match on there if you're gonna have Claudio and The Gunns have two separate matches where they kill jobbers.

The only way I'd want to see an all women's show if it was a natural spinoff because the division was so successful. Just shoving all of the women onto a show without taking the time to build the division up first would fail horribly.

IS the division even deep enough right now to have a two hour show?
