The travel issues aren’t really an issue if they still run 95% of their shows in the US. All he’s missing at this point is a TV/house show loop in Canada over New Years, and the Chamber show in Australia. Might be touch and go for Backlash in France, but otherwise it’s not that much of an issue, really.

I wouldn’t be mad if the Miz won, but I think Gunther should drop the title to Jey at the first Raw of the year or the Rumble. (I wouldn’t do mania since Roman is likely dropping the title and I wouldn’t want two long reigns to end on the same show

I think Gunther retains but that Miz gets some hope spots. Nothing that makes it any less clear GUNTHER is the true winner, but enough to where people can momentarily wonder if he's going to pull it off.

Unless they change the card for my live show Sunday, I feel like Miz ain't winning just because he's supposed to wrestle Cody in Peoria Sunday and it'd feel weird if he does it as IC champion.

And since there's the constant mention of respect, Gunther afterwards will do something to show that he respects Miz. Maybe stops Imperium from beating him down after the match, or has them hold the ropes for Miz, or he holds the ropes for Miz to leave.
