I mean, name, nickname, move names, theme songs
I was thinking it had to be Rhodes and Punk but then I remembered Macho Man pretty much had everything from his wwf run in wcw
Hogan got everything except Real American. Bret got everything but the iconic Music R truth? I mean he was Ron the Truth killings. Truth and that theme song was the only part that would have been a problem and yet those are what came with him to wwe

Ric Flair might be the ultimate answer. He debuted in 1991 with the same theme *and* the World title from his former company. Both things were taken away eventually.
Davey Boy Smith carried everything over, except his WCW version of "Rule, Brittania" sounded like it was made for an old lady's tea party instead of a wrestling entrance.
Nasty Boys in WCW had a theme so close to their WWF one that you almost couldn't tell any difference, until they added lyrics.

Jeff Hardy’s jump to AEW has everything minus being called a Charismatic Enigma.

Jay White. Same name, theme song, stable (kinda), nickname, catchphrases, etc. in AEW that he had in NJPW.

Booker T came over from WCW with same name, theme, gear, etc. though they would change him a bit after the first month or so.
