This is the most technical boxing I've seen.

As per what's in the section's description, boxing should be in the (w)rest of Wrestling section, no?

Sugar is significantly better than Mayweather IMO. As per what's in the section's description, boxing should be in the (w)rest of Wrestling section, no? I think so, but that's always been weird to me. Like I get MMA going there because grappling/wrestling is technically wrestling so that makes sense. Same with amateur wrestling. But boxing is something completely different and has only vague ties to wrestling. Football probably has more in common with wrestling than boxing ever will...

Nah, I love Sugar Ray and he’s one of the pound for pound greatest boxers ever but Floyd’s defense alone puts him in the god tier of boxers. Dude has fought forever and absorbed almost no significant damage while making top fighters look like fools offensively.

Dude has fought forever and absorbed almost no significant damage while making top fighters look like fools offensively. Mayweather is the greatest defensive fighter of all time. But his record is just weird. His best wins had bad timing. He beat Pacquaio about 5-6 years after everyone wanted that fight to happen. He fought De La Hoya when he was past his prime. He made a fight with Winky Wright and made his normal BS stips and Wright still accepted and Floyd backed out. It definitely seemed like Floyd, and again not taking away from his skills and generational talent, was a spot-picker. Glovkin had a ton of momentum at a time and never fought Floyd. He was so selective on who he fought and when that it's hard to say exactly how great he was. So many of the best of all time took on all comers. He pulled BS so often on fighters in their prime, but couldn't accept a fight fast enough with McGregor making his boxing debut. We only got half the story with Floyd because there's just as much talk about the fights that didn't happen as the ones that did.
