Very interested in seeing how they go about HOOK/Joe as Joe absolutely should squash him but they wouldn’t do that I don't think Joe should squash him. A nice 8-12 minute match with Hook looking good but Joe being too strong and getting the clean win in the end is probably how it'll go down. It'll probably go down like that but even with MJF being injured/everyone gunning for him, Joe absolutely destroyed MJF. MJF had been the world beater of all world beaters and he choked his ass out no problem, sent him away for who knows how long it'll be. Even if you want to look at how both of them look compared to each other, HOOK should get in a couple scares and Joe absolutely sons him.

TK confirmed that the main event's overrun will be as long as they need. They also added promos from Swerve and Hangman.
Swerve and Hangman will likely call out Joe during their promos and show up after the main event to confront him.

I had to do a quintuple take before I was convinced that no one had photoshopped Cory Feldman's face onto this picture.

It'd be pretty interesting if Jack returned so quickly after doing the New Japan angle where he tore up his "AEW Contract", but The FTW Belt is a Rouge Title, so... it might make sense if a sudden Rouge Wrestler still pursued it. Interesting would be one way to put it if he came back that quick after a contract tear up and reignited a feud that rightly ended five months ago. I mean for the record I'm not expecting it to happen.

Smaller crowd does not equal a bad crowd if it's a packed house, which it is Sometimes they can sound louder then a 10K arena if they're hyped enough.

Well it's packed for what they distributed, it'll probably look and sound fine, it's how it usually is when we talk about this.

For whatever scant amount it's worth, I have been to a TNA event in the North Charleston Coliseum that had about 850 people in attendance, and to a SmackDown that had about 9,500, both in 2012, and the TNA crowd felt louder and more lively because we got kind of a boring SmackDown. The 2,500 range is pretty comparable to what the Coliseum used to get for WCW events in 1999-2000 when I was a kid. WCW ran it a lot it its dying days. This is decidedly not a packed house, but it ought to look fine on TV, especially if they trot out the Carolina favorites.

Was my bad then, I didnt know the buildings attendance in terms of what they distributed. The way Mark worded it I thought the hard cam seats were the only thing they could open

As for the attendance discussion, I think there's a very valid reason why Mioffi was let go and the new COO has a background in live event promotion

I am expecting Joe to get all sadistic on Hook only for Taz to try and talk Joe down only for Joe to put him down to.
This is IMO gonna be used to really establish Joe's new ruthless role with the title.
Maybe this sets up Joe Vs Orange Cassidy since he and Hook are tied together on air right now.

Hook is seriously one of the best home grown stars that AEW has with a huge upside. He's been protected in the ring and they've done a really good job of slowly letting him get used to doing promos. I'm predicting his match with Joe will be over under 10 minutes but he'll still manage to come out looking better. 2 years from now this kid is going to be a flipping PROBLEM (and not the Marina Shafir kind)
