If you really, really, really, really wanted to do something (that you probably shouldn't), Hogan being there to present the Andre Trophy to the battle royal winner and then "throwing" them out and claiming it for himself would probably be your best bet. Dom would probably be the best option for that.

There's a rule in pro wrestling, you don't miss a show you're advertised for unless you absolutely can't make it. And surely, you don't hint that you'll be at a show when you won't be.

Hulk Hogan in this year's Royal Rumble would be like the Iron Sheik in the Gimmick Battle Royal. You'd have to let him win because you would be afraid he'd break something if thrown over the ropes.
