The Fanatics were one hour long PPVs that WWE ran from I want to say from late 2000-2002 and they were basically similar to home videos of wrestlers (non DVDs.) one of them was about Mick Foley who had his children with him (obviously one of them was Colette the person who has to be basically Mick’s brain when Mick goes on tour.).
Hit Tickets ran in 1991. I don’t know how many were made and I think they were two hours long but I’m not sure. If you watch the anthology and network versions of SSlam 91, they plug the Hulk Hogan episode of Hot Ticket (the original home video version doesn’t have this).
Why aren’t they uploaded?

There wasn't much to the Hot Ticket. Some wrap-arounds to set up the matches that are available on the Network anyway. I believe they did only two.
Off the top of my head the matches were on Hogan's
Highlights of the win over Sheik Andre WrestleMania 3 Savage WrestleMania 5 Slaughter WrestleMania 7 Earthquake SummerSlam 1990
They did a Mania one and as I recall the matches were WrestleMania main event WrestleMania 2 Battle Royal WrestleMania 3 Savage vs. Steamboat WrestleMania 4 highlights of Savage through the tournament, MOST of his match with MDM WrestleMania 6 Warrior vs. Hogan Highlight of Hogan beating Slaughter at Mania 7.
This is what I remember, keeping in mind I haven't seen either in probably 25 years.
