I just realized, when Roman gets back from his vacation in a couple months, he's going to have a lot to say about Jimmmmmmy losing the rumble.

6/10.
I liked the two Rumble winners, Chelsea taking a lot of punishment in the Women's Rumble, and the last half of it.
The Women's Rumble had some botches early on, but liked seeing Jordynne Grace show up.
Asuka and Kairi got eliminated earlier than I thought they would have been considering Asuka's Rumble performance last year, and both being the Women's Tag Champions.
I figured Becky would have eliminated Nia to get revenge on her, but Cargill doing it was okay. Guessing Becky gets her shot at Ripley through the Elimination Chamber.
Glad it wasn't Knight taking the pin in the Fatal 4 Way, but the WWE title match was a foregone conclusion.
Having two title matches with interference was overkill. However, Owens killing Logan after the screwy U.S. title match finish was funny.

Probably a 6/10. Nothing was outwardly bad but nothing really stood out either and I popped for both Rumble wins.

I only watched the actual rumble matches and of those the women’s one was way better.
Some cool spots with some decent surprises(Grace, Jade, Naomi etc) and actual development/shine for them and some good spots such as Chelsea getting squashed repeatedly.
The men’s version was just kind of boring.
I gave it a 5 off of those two matches. I haven’t watched regularly in ages and this show doesn’t much inspire me to go out of my way to check the E out. 🤷🏻♂️

6.
Perfectly cromulent, a few memorable moments, but generally just good enough.

Both the Runbles were so paint by the numbers boring. The type of rumble you’d see in the late 80s/early 90s until we got to the final four. I think they hung their hats in that being enough to carry the match, it didn’t You knew Reigns wasn’t losing the title so it killed a lot of drama you could have had for that match. The KO/Paul ending was crap Woman’s battle royal just seemed to exist. One of my least favorite shows I’ve seen in a while For the mens I have a feeling Brock being cut last moment rearranged a lot of what they wanted to do. My guess Brock and Gunther would do a tit for tat style toss of some of the lowercarders setting up that rumored match.

In ring work was all largely fine but I found myself fast forwarding at various points. Roman match suffered from the fact nobody believes he was losing for one second.
Women's Rumble was definitely better than the men's this year but I'm really pleased Cody won and there's no ambiguity over which Championship he's going after

Watched it away from FAN and overall I gotta say it was cool. I have it an 8/10. Nothing unexpected really but dope.

This is the only WWE event I watch every year, just because I love it, but it was pretty boring.
Nothing was really bad about it either, and WWE has some good talent lately, but Andrade was the big Rumble surprise? Meh.
