With Punk seemingly long-term injured and Rollins cutting it very fine in terms of making it there himself, plans for the World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania 40 are all up in the air again.
It’s been getting spitballed in the Punk thread, but we’ll try to be more specific here. I’ll repeat my suggestion from there and suggest doing the Iron Survivor match from NXT shows with Rollins, McIntyre, Zayn, Priest and Balor. I don’t know if that exactly screams WrestleMania main event (in which case, they’ll go with Ripley v Lynch) but it’s a proven concept that can really get a crowd white-hot under the right circumstances, combines a couple of feuds/potential feuds (allowing more time for others in other matches to get shine in on the night). Plus it can ease the workload on Rollins.
But that’s only my suggestion, what say you?

Priest cashes in very soon, Truth wins elimination chamber and with how people are so invested in Judgment Day - we ride Priest vs Truth to Mania for the chance of Truth finally winning the big one.
He's a master performer and this angle's as hot as it gets. Yes, it's comedy that's gotten it into our hearts, but Truth can emote and turn this on a dime into something serious. Miz being in his corner and helping coach him through it too. Could be really something great.

I say do Drew defending against Sami. The building blocks of that story are mostly already in place, it gives Seth more time to heal up, and you can have Rhea / Becky or Iyo / Bayley close the show.

I'm conflicted. As I've said before, I'm a Seth Rollins fan (We Quad Citians have to stick together), and I worry he is pushing his return and historically speaking, that usually doesn't bode well. I think vacating or having Priest cash in was the safest play for everyone involved.
As far as Sami, I think that ship has sailed or he has cooled off considerably. Probably the best would be to do a #1 contender's match at EC, do some screwy finish, and a multiman match at Wrestlemania to cover any lingering problems with Seth. My personal vote would be for Drew to win, if for nothing else, give him that win in front of people this time.
