Last I saw, there was a mistico 2 already the former sin Cara (1) was mystiziz or cararistico, or some other random abomination
This is the original mistico right? I’m pretty sure someone said he was the original when he showed up a couple months ago

When the second Mistico who is Dragon Lee and Rush's brother left for AAA and became Dralistico.

I just assume he pinned someone in a match for it or found it in the trash can like how Hacksaw Jim Duggan found the WCW Television title that one time.

Essentially what happened:
- He was Místico during his first big run in CMLL - He was Sin Cara upon signing with WWE in 2011. - After leaving WWE in 2014, he signed with AAA where he couldn't use the Místico name so he went with Myzteziz. - He left AAA for CMLL in 2015. Since CMLL already had a new guy using the Místico name, he went with Carístico (combining Sin Cara and Místico). - When the second Místico left CMLL for AAA in 2021 (he became Dralístico who now works in AEW), he was able to reclaim the Místico name.

This image is a good descriptor for the whole Mistico name debacle + family ties This leaves out the fact that Hunico/Sin Cara II was Mistico (and Mystico) in Tijuana before Sin Cara I was Mistico in Mexico City

This image is a good descriptor for the whole Mistico name debacle + family ties For more context, Mistico ii is currently Dralistico. I also believe that Kommader is actually Myzteziz Jr's brother, whereas Bandido and Gravity are his cousins. I do think this graphic should have a small dash next to Hunico with a picture of Camacho (Tanga Loa). It will always annoy me that WWE created a stereotypical Mexican gang banger tag team (racist as is) and one of them was the son of a well-known Tongan wrestler (Haku).

If I remember right, Cinta de Oro (II) was originally known as "Místico de Juárez" but had to change the name to avoid either copyright or confusion (I don't remember right) to Incógnito until going to WWE and got the name "Húnico" and the rest is history.
