Not that it especially matters I guess, they'll probably announce it last minute for the SmackDown before Mania and pretty much no one has ever benefited from winning the thing, but hey, I'm curious, maybe with Triple H in charge and it not being a make-good for Lashley not getting a Mania match this year (presumably, anyway) he might actually opt to do something of substance with it for once.
I could maybe see it going to Theory or Waller, further their seemingly impending breakup and they're the most notable men's names I can think of with no indication of what they're doing at Mania. Though they might just get involved in the triple threat. Could also maybe see it being a bone thrown to Gable to further building him back up.

Pretty certain Theory/Waller are going to be in the tag ladder match, so if I were to hazard a guess, I’d go with either Breakker or Gable.
