I'm not sure about the ad question, but it would make sense if there was one because in the U.S., the Undertaker tape was released with Survivor Series, not SummerSlam.
I'd also like to know why they made two versions of the Undertaker tape. For some reason, the UK version was hosted by Gene Okerlund and Bobby Heenan while the U.S. release had Jim Ross and Gorilla Monsoon.

Acutually the UK version (called Undertaker) is on the Network and it’s hosted by Paul Bearer. It’s slightly different from the US one (which is called Undertaker…his Gravest Matches. It’s not to be confused with the 2015 version that the company made for the network.) Also, another reason why I am asking is because the UK version of a 1993 WWE Magazine had an ad for UK Releases (1993 year in review/uk version of Raw Prime Cuts) whereas the US version of that magazine had an ad for WWE SSeries 1993 and Undertaker …his gravest matches but that could be a coincidence.

The one that's on WWE Network hosted by Bearer is just called The Undertaker and was released in mid-1994. I was referring to The Undertaker: His Gravest Matches that was released at the end of 1993 with Survivor Series. That one has Okerlund and Heenan as hosts but only on the version released in the UK. The U.S. version has JR and Monsoon sitting at a commentary desk with a green screen crowd behind them.

Got confused. The US version was hosted by Jim Ross and Gorilla whereas the UK one was hosted by Gene and Bobby. Sorry.
