Did I enjoy it? Yes.
Did I take a little snooze somewhere in the middle of it? Also yes.

I actually loved it. Besides the heatless brawl in the crowd I found it captivating, and this is coming from someone who despised every other Rock match since 2004.

I loved it. Rock was great and I had given up hope a year or two ago that he was actually going to do another match. I still have my doubts about him doing a singles match with Roman next year though. A tag match is one thing and he did a lot more than I expected but he still got to tag out and have minutes of rest.
They kept calling it the biggest tag match of all-time but where would it actually rank? Is it top 5 biggest ever? I think the starpower/build puts it ahead of last years night 1 main event.

One thing I found interesting was Rock being awarded a People's championship belt at the Hall of Fame and bringing that to the match. It made it so that Cody was the only one without a belt. I don't know if that was deliberate or not, or if Rock decided he needed a belt too.

I said this during the PPV thread but it was a Roman Reigns match. Roman matches take forever to get going and then all of a sudden it's big move/kickout time and I find myself enjoying the match.

It was certainly a thing that happened. It had its moments, but man there was SO much plodding.

Started really slow, but picked up, and the last 10 minutes or so when it turned into a tornado tag were excellent.
Not long ago Rock got gassed during a promo, but last night he was all in and didn't take it easy. I knew Roman was gonna spear Rock, but it didn't make it any less awesome, in part thanks to Rock's sell. All four brought their A+ game.

It went very long, but I liked some parts of it such as Rock threatening to fire the ref and the interaction with Mama Rhodes.

It was too long but good but I'm just gonna complain about the crowd again if I say anything else. It's just not quite as electric as I thought it would be after the awesome build and heel Rock and all that. Id really rather Mania be in smaller arenas.
Anyway, Rock looked really good. I was so pleased.

Loved it, had one of the best hot tags I've seen in ages too (well....not including R Truth earlier in the night 🤣)

Top 5 seems about right. Off the top of my head I can name Mega Powers v Mega Bucks at SummerSlam 1988, and Austin/Rock v Undertaker/Triple H from the pilot episode of SmackDown in 1999. I’m assuming this is just 2v2 matches though.

It held my interest because it had a good story, even though it was slow and went way too long. Felt to me like they tried to pace the whole thing in such a way that Dwayne didn't slow it down.

I’m assuming this is just 2v2 matches though. Austin Rock Vs NWO That was 2v3, admittedly. I’d have also mentioned DX v Jericho/Big Show v Cena/Undertaker from a RAW in 2009, but that was 2v2v2.

There was an Undertaker & Jericho vs. Rock & Austin match that's pretty up there.

I'm trying to think of any matches involving megastars in a tag ie Austin, Hogan, Rock level.
