I know Roman’s title run wasn’t perfect, but I think it was a great story with a fantastic ending and it provided us with several classic moments. I’m glad Roman was like “turn me heel or I’m out”. The last 4 years have been great character work by the guy.

He's absolutely incredible. He should have been booked like this ever since the Shield ended.

I will say this, Roman was amazing in the role. Took way too long to drop the belt, but the Bloodline angle got WWE hot and whoever they went up against insanely over

I think it'll be something that ages better, because you'll be able to watch and enjoy all the big angles and matches together.
Living in the present, there have been stretches where it just dragged out way too long.
Still. It was an amazing turnaround, after all the years of them trying to jam a square peg into a round hole, to see Roman finally hit that megastar level in WWE.
I'm hoping for a really furious and bitter Roman to come out of this, but not aimed towards Cody or the title, but inwards to the Bloodline.

Roman's such a strange case. No one else was ever given so many opportunities to fail on the biggest stage as he was. All the talk of grabbing that brass ring, but with Roman that metaphorical brass ring was seemingly given to him before he proved himself. When he dropped it, Vince picked it up for him and dusted it off and gave it back. When they finally found the character, and circumstances in the world gave them the opportunity to do it, it all finally clicked. It clicked enough, that I even wanted him to win last night
