40 for me because of Cody winning and Samantha Irvin’s all time announcement, which nearly a week after the fact is still superb. Btw I’m not saying she’s better than Fink, but it’s hard to deny she’s on a hot run. I do like the fact she apparently isn’t clued into the finishes of matches, so that she reacts like we the fans do.

Ten years before any of these happened: 1: Bret was in Stampede 2: Benoit and Eddie were nearly in ECW 3: Bryan was in ROH 4: Cody was Stardust Yeah so the mania 50 guy might be out there somewhere. Maybe a jobber/lower carder in wwe, a midcarder in AEW, or some random guy in the Indy’s Wrestlemania 50 will be TOO THE MOON!

Hindsight has really hurt some of these.
With Danielson felt like we were entering brand new era.

40 is the only one that made me bawl like a baby (that could also be my ever changing medication but I'm going to credit the long term booking), so I'm going with that.

20 was incredible at the time. You had Chris and Eddie, legitimate friends, their history in WCW having great matches & moments, ultimately being undervalued and leaving to WWF, Eddie's struggles and return, Benoit's rise, and then they both close the show as the two top champions in the company with confetti flying and fans celebrating. It was such an emotional moment. It's hard to top that with all the history involved. A lot of us grew up watching these guys, and to see them both fully make it around the same time? It was forever special. Obviously, it's a bit tragic these days, but I can still appreciate what it meant.
I thought Bryan's at 30 felt a bit surreal. You had a guy so beloved that they had to shift gears, and the show opens with him beating Triple H in an excellent match that meant something. Then he beats two established top stars from the RA era for both titles in the main event. You had that poor kid with cancer, Connor, watching on and hugging him at the end, all with the confetti flying high in one of the most feel-good endings you could ask for.
Those two are my favs.

For me it's Bryan, though I absolutely get why Cody's the pick for others

30's big ending was satisfying but kinda bittersweet in hindsight, knowing that Bryan's injury woes meant his title run would be short-lived and he couldn't have one defense beyond the Kane feud.
