At the start of the pandemic, I was 278 lbs. I am 5'8 (on a good day).
In March of 2023, I weighed 240 lbs. I did nothing. I just ate less but incredibly unhealthy. I had an enormous infection and was hospitalized for two weeks. I am now a Type 2 diabetic, I did it all to myself.
Today, I weighed in at 196 lbs. I want to lose another 30 lbs.
This is my accountability post. I am going to work out for 90 minutes every day by walking from my apartment to the park, climb the staircase up and down ten times and walk home.
I don't know when I will update it, but I will.

Congrats on the progress so far, the weight loss journey is rough I've lost over 200 pounds in the last few years and every day was a struggle but worth it in the end.
Keep up the good work, we're proud of you.

Great work!
I really should start taking more accountaility, myself. In the last five years my weight has gone from 320lbs to 245lbs, all the way up to 365ls, down to 300lbs, and I'm now hovering around 330. I turned 42 six months ago and can probably expect major health issues in the next few years if I don't do something.

Congratulations on what you've achieved so far.
Got in the habit of walking 10k steps a day during the pandy when all the gyms closed, and haven't tried to shake it. If you haven't already, I'd recommend downloading an app like Pacer for accountability (the basic version is free), and a high quality set of headphones for music or podcasts while you're at it.
At this point my steps are my zen time for the day. Put on a podcast and zone out, or enjoy the silence and reflect on whatever it is I'm dealing with.

Good work.
Started losing weight back in 2022 when I hit 270ish. 6'3" and felt like I was HUGE.
Noww I float between 183 and 195. But just changed what I eat most days and working out 4 to 5 times a week for an hour. Usually 3 of those workouts is an hour on the stair machine. Got lucky got one used cheap from a local junkstore,as in "Take this thing I can't sell it and it is heavy and huge" cheap. I either put on a podcast or put my tablet on the front of the machine and watch something.

Great job! Keep it up!
I had bariatric surgery on January 17. I’ve lost 93 pounds since surgery and am down 160 from my highest weight ever. I still have a ways to go but it’s life changing. I urge everyone, do whatever you have to, to lose weight and be in better health!

I've been on a fitness journey since May 2021. I actually reached my goals but kinda let it go really fast in a short amount of time. Up to 202lbs and wanting to shed a nice chunk of it. I will probably get some pics for you guys later. Keep it up, good luck to you all and lets keep updating our progress here/

Best of luck, I'm just starting my own weight loss journey. I'm 6'2 and 318lbs. The hardest part for me is I work long hours in a stressful job and when I'm stressed, I tend to eat unhealthy. Getting my eating habits under control is the second step. I also bought a rowing machine, so the second step is to start using it. My initial goal is to get under 300. Then we'll see.
