My top three
Back to the Future - It's just fun. Just pure fun from start to finish.
Jurassic Park - Dinosaurs, first and foremost. But on top of that, the cast of human characters are also excellent. One of the few "monster" movies where the humans are as memorable as the monsters. Everybody remembers Hammond, Grant, Malcolm, Ellie, Nedry etc. What other monster movies are there were you remember so many of the human cast--very few. Alien maybe, that absolutely nails the humans too.
Stand By Me - I can't really describe why I love this so much, but I just think it is fantastic. "No Ace, just you" is one of the most badass movie moments.

Because Jim Henson's Workshop is cool, Ninja Turtles is cool, and having the workshop make the Ninja Turtles real in insanely cool.

Rocky: Just a tour de force of acting from Stallone, this and maybe First Blood are his magnum opuses.
Zootopia: I just like procedurals in general, but when you add an adorable bun as the lead and write in smart messages, that’s a major bonus.
The Dark Knight: Bale’s a decent Batman and Ledger Joker is celebrated for good reason, but Gary Oldman’s Jim Gordon? Holy shit.

Terminator 2
The music, the pacing, the blue light camera shade, the action, Arnold Schwarzenegger being so cool...
Just perfect

Top 3
True Romance - My fav of all time...all the characters even the more minimal ones , the endlessly quotable lines...IT'S WHITE BOY DAY and the chemistry between Slater and Arquette is perfect and great soundtrack.
Terminator 2 - Greatest action movie of all time and just a non stop fun ride beginning to end.
The Warriors - Amazing soundtrack and just a real fun movie.

The Blues Brothers - My dad sat me down on a wet Saturday when i was 5 and told me i would like this and it would keep me quiet for a few hours, 36 years later and i still try and watch some of it on a saturday morning before the wife gets up. just part of my weekly routine.
Also Waynes World 2 and Enter the dragon are big faves of mine just due to the amount of times i've seen them

Jurassic Park was the film I was most excited to see as a kid because I loved dinosaurs. There’s no way I would call it the greatest film ever made or anything but it’s my favourite.

Goodfellas - Just the perfect mob movie, yes even better than the Godfather. Everyone's performance is just perfect, IMO.
Clerks - Kevin Smith's best work. The dialogue is great, the camera work is spot on.
