Sterling Holloway was the first one to come to mind.
Arthur Q. Bryan would also make the list as the definitive Elmer Fudd.

Yeardley smith can only be Lisa Simpson. I think she only voiced a different character a handful of times and it was clearly her Lisa voice Even her live action roles (Legend of Billie Jean, Herman's Head) are the same voice.
I mean, it says a lot that she plays one character on The Simpsons, while it seems like the rest of the cast are playing at least three apiece.

It begins and ends with Lorenzo Music for me. Yes, his voice is the same, but he adds different cadence to every role he does. Really makes me hate the later Dave Coulier version of Peter Venkman since I think Music got is down perfectly. I was coming in to mention him. The whole "Lorenzo Music, Garfield, Peter Venkmen, Bill Murry" story is quite interesting.

Richard Steven Horvitz, but that's mostly becuase his voice is pretty unique. Some of this is just flat out down to people that hire the voice actors wanting the same as they've done. Hamil for instance has done a bunch of voices that do not sound like the Joker, like when he's the Trickster he's basically using his own voice, and his Solomon Grundy and Swamp thing voices are different than the others as well. Blum did Starscream in a transformers that was nothing like his Spike voice... but people hire Steve Blum to be Steve Blum. Skips from Regular Show is definitely another time Mark was deviating from the Joker stuff.

I think it's important to point out that the skill of a voice actor shouldnt be measured by how many unique voices someone can do. sure, the work of say, Mel Blanc or Frank Welker or even Tara Strong shouldnt really be scoffed at, but the thing that really should matter is how well you can convey the character you're playing. sure, Steve Blum or Jennifer Hale might always just be talking in their own voice (they both CAN do other voices, they just tend not to get hired to do so) but nobody's ever going to question that they're both masters of their craft. I'll take a VA who always talks in their normal voice but nails the performance any day.

Hulk Hogan too, based on his Adult Swim work (he had to overshadow the Macho Man even in this thread).

Someone mentioned Mel Blanc, so I couldn't resist:
*1980s* Mel Blanc. Where all the characters were just Bugs with different pitch.

I think his basically Dual Role as the Red Death in Venture Brothers shows he has more range than people think... (not to mention him being Mr. Krabs which is about as far from his usual roles as possible) it's another case of people hiring Clancy Brown because they want the Kurrgan or Lex.
