I'm having trouble remembering which belt's are which ones names, and which ones were originally the Smackdown ones and which were the Raw ones.
Rhea ripley, was she the Undisputed WWE women's champ? I'm guessing cause it looks like the Rollins title. What's the Smackdown one called again? Just the WWE women's champ?

Rhea’s now vacant belt was the Smackdown Women’s title introduced in 2016 Iyo’s was the Raw title when Asuka held it, which was introduced when the Divas title was retired and carries that lineage The Raw penny tag belts have the lineage of the original WWE tags The SD pennys have the lineage of the belts introduced in 2002 that were unified with the Raw ones as the bronze penny belts for a few years

The original Tag Team Title lineage ended in 2010 when the Unified Tag Team titles became the penny belts. The old Smackdown Tag Team Championships have the lineage that began in 2016.

I suppose that the other ones don't have the lineage of the World Tag Team titles?

World Heavyweight Championship: Current Champion is Damian Priest. Introduced in 2023 first champ was Seth Rollins.
Undisputed WWE Championship: Current Champion is Cody Rhodes. The original with the lineage going back to the 60s and Buddy Rogers. Has a combined lineage with the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, WCW International World Heavyweight Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, and the Universal Championship.
Women's World Championship: Currently Vacant. Originally the Smackdown Women's Championship. First champ was Becky Lynch.
WWE Women's Championship: Currently held by Bayley. Established in 2016 to replace the Diva's Championship. First Champion was Charlotte Flair.
Smackdown Tag Team Championship (I guess soon to be WWE Tag Team Championship: Current Champions are A-Town Down Under. Created in 2016 first champions were Heath Slater and Rhyno.
World Tag Team Championship: Currently held by Awesome Truth. Created in 2002 on Smackdown. First champions were Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit. Later unified with the (original WWE) World Tag Team Championship to become the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. Split again in 2016 where it became the Raw Tag Team Championship.

I get confused too. They should have/keep the RAW titles as the “world” titles and Smackdown as the “WWE titles”

I will never understand why there are two "World" champions. The top champ should be floating between the two shows (which basically both kind of do... which defeats the purpose). The IC and US titles should be "brand specific". Tag Titles I think are ok split because secondary tag title (like the US Tag Titles in NWA/WCW) are probably a bit much at this point.
