Deonna Purrazzo and Toni Storm's feud was fantastic, great promo exchanges, back and forths, the introduction of Toni's greyscale split screen...
But the match was... very meh, for whatever reason.

Gargano/Ciampa. Not helped by WWE obviously not understanding how cinematic matches aren't s'posed to have commercial breaks during them.

Gargano and Ciampa together kind of have the same problem as Triple H & Shawn Michaels or AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels where they click well as opponents but both know it and overestimate it so every match between them after awhile is a bloated grinding chore that never ends and takes the no-selling to a point that it's just moronic.

Undertaker & Kane. Kinda. I like the Mania 14 match even though it’s not a classic. Can’t remember a decent match they had other than that. WM14 is streets ahead of WM20, certainly in-ring wise. For me, WM14 story was better than WM20 going into the match, but for some reason WM20 is more remembered...maybe because The Deadman returned and not American BadAss. On a side note, as often as he's credited with changing up his look and work style, Taker didn't really evolve his gear much from WM20 to retirement

I did enjoy Taker Vs Austin at Summerslam 98 when Austin has knocked senseless early on too. Their Fully Loaded 99 match was entertaining enough too.
Totally agree with Rock/Taker having no chemistry although they never had a great feud either imo.
Edge/Jericho had a rotten feud revolving around Jericho's fear of Edge's spear also referred to as the running hug at the time. Totally cooled off a feud many were looking forward to. The match was a letdown too and I don't remember them having a memorable match post-Edge's neck injury in 2003.
In short I'm struggling to answer the question 🤣

Really KO was kind of just crap in the ring in general in 2017.

Sable and Luna. As bitterly remembered as Sable is now, she was one of the hottest acts at the time and Luna was the perfect foil.

Kevin Owens and AJ Styles I'd say last Friday's three-way match on Smackdown was very good and their match on the indys in 2014 before either were WWE bound was good as well.

Austin/Undertaker. They were tied at the hip for damn near half of Austin's run at the top and every single match was the shits. The only one I found entertaining was Fully Loaded 99, but that's not really saying much. I found it was the same between Undertaker and The Rock too.

Jimmy and Jey, or do you think it was simply a bad match a couple weeks ago?
