I knew I wasn't the only one who felt it was underwhelming or just a tad bit toned down this year.

Still convinced Bradshaw used a centuries worth of pyro budget on that one RAW in 2007.

In general I tend to find pyro more annoying than anything so I really don't mind. Kind of wish they'd go back to when they weren't using it at all.

When I went to Raw as a kid, Kane's pyro outta nowhere almost gave me a heart attack, so I kind of have a thing against pyro now.

The pyro is legit one of the worst things about going to a live show, pretty sure I have gotten hearing loss due to all of the shows I used to go to....

I wish they would tone it down a bit and leave it for in ring fireworks only. These 3 guys made it work and it was awesome for their entrances. We don't need the whole city to see the fireworks, WWE should keep it simple.

Pyro is pretty unnecessary really. It’s the WWE does random explosions going off make it a bigger deal? Of course not. lol

Pyro when done correctly can make things feel like a bigger deal. And when once you've accomplished that you can do stuff like OC's pyro that I'd just two mistimed bottlerockets going off.

I’m OK with this, to be honest. I feel like there was a point they’d have pyro for just about anybody.
Like, Shelton Benjamin didn’t really need it. AIN’T NO STOPPIN ME NOWWWW is enough.

This significantly reduces my risk of suffering a heart attack when sitting in the nosebleeds while attending a wwe show. Much appreciated.

Also, here's a bunch of pyro after Becky won on Raw from a terrible angle that she's not standing in front of.

Why not use drones for a more controllable display?
Loved them when Lady Gaga did the SuperBowl that year.

They must've used all their budget on that Australian show from a few months ago, then. That had quite a bit of pyro (and a gorgeous view of outside the venue).

I imagine they'll have to use less anyway if they're keeping the smaller set and having fans everywhere.
I don't mind it but it's not needed. My only complaint is when they don't actually set any pyro off but they'll still use a sound effect as if to suggest there is some (Ryback's entrance was the worst for that)

When I went to Raw as a kid, Kane's pyro outta nowhere almost gave me a heart attack, so I kind of have a thing against pyro now. You would hate the Bucks' pyro. I got startled and almost dropped my phone on the security guard who was sitting on the floor below me when theirs went off Saturday
