yep didn’t mean you, just didn’t like seeing chiral’s own thought booking get treated like that since we should all be able to think about the possibilities tonight opens up I’d personally go christian then a one off Archer dynamite match (show Swerve taking down someone big and Wardlow is probably busy/Cage would work in storyline but wouldn’t be as believable) then Mox or Danielson since people will think a potential title change can happen. doesn’t happen, jack perry challenges then and either he wins if this shit stays hot and if not? Danielson rematch where he wins or Ospreay but I think Ospreay is gonna Gunther the International title, he’s too good to really buy anyone beating him for a long time if sunday couldn’t do it Oh I know, I was just chiming in myself, getting things on track, or trying Cage would be interesting given Mogul Embassy ties, wouldn't hate it as a one off personally, but yeah, the Winnipeg Show is stacked already in terms of the stuff that could happen and we only have one confirmed match lol I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to see what’s happening next I can say that much I think Cage at the very least is going to get an eliminator match within a month or two tops guaranteed

Hangman just turned heel. He returns and joins them stating that Tony Khan screwed him out of being champion by making it a three-way match then giving Swerve a one on one match with Joe but not him. Absolutely this. Have no interest in Hangman coming back as a face and his heel character was just starting to get cooking before he left.

Yeah exactly. Say Hangman is thankful for the suspension as it gave him time away to think and he’s grateful to The Bucks for that. But it’s TK’s fault Swerve is Champion and he can’t accept that.

Think as others said you add Hangman to the Elite. As for whose against? Just going based off people The Elite have had issues with FTR, Eddie, Copeland, and Darby if he's healthy. You could also always move Swerve in to continue feud with Hangman

As much as I thought heel Hangman was interesting, if you want someone to step up to the new Elite and fight for AEW, it has to be Hangman. Nobody fits that role and has a better backstory than Hangman.
Unless Omega has been working everyone with the current status of his illness, it's not going to be him. He could become a face commisioner/authority figure though and if they want someone in that role, he's a better choice than Tony Khan

You could also always move Swerve in to continue feud with Hangman Eddie is a good shout; as far as immediately sympathetic voices go and with Hangman in flux, Eddie would be a great 'conscience' kind of guy, someone whops called the Bucks his boys before and who has a long history with them, trying to pull them back in this match, not too off from how his feuds with Moxley always plays with those ideas.

MJF in an ironic twist of being the company's savior to help the guy he calls a "f***ing mark" against the Elite's tyranny. MJF being the Homicide in this ROH vs. CZW storyline would be p great. As long as Hangman is the Danielson of it.

I'd love a scenario where Perry gets a title match, refs are down and there's Elite shenanigans taking out everyone, Swerve is down and vulnerable, nothing can stop them now... And then it's Hangman who ends up saving Swerve, even if only as a 'it should be me who defeats you' thing.

Don't actually give Perry the belt - have him lose to Swerve in a screwy fashion that looks like he could have won, i.e. he has Swerve down for a three count (via cheap shot) while the ref is knocked out.
Perry starts calling himself the Real World Champion.

Loving Hangman's heel work right now so I don't want that to end. I also don't think it fits well with The Elite.
Keep him the loose cannon solo heel for now
Easy enough to pivot to a loose cannon tweener. Actually, it might be hard NOT to have him end up as a tweener with how compelling he is.
And I'm not sure that I love the idea of a stable involving Okada, with Jack Perry as the world champ.

For MJF, I kinda want it where the Elite try to court him to join them and we're left in suspense for a bit until he ultimately sides against the Elite to cement his babyface status.

It's a real shame MJF has these UK thing hanging over him as this would be perfect spot for him to return to

My gut says Perry takes the world title soonish in a big controversial shock and Swerve probably chases back to beat him so Swerve's still the main babyface right now. Then the E&C stan in me says Christian and Copeland reunite to take on the Bucks. IDK where guys like Kenny or Hangman fit into this but they can add intrigue whether they're allied with or against the new Elite. If they play their cards right, they could do a nice build to a triumphant All In where the baddies get vanquished, but I could also see them taking their time and having this be a longer term angle, like the next couple months they build Perry to the main event level before he gets the belt. I think they should have Okada take the title instead and Perry can be the 97 HHH to his HBK. All In 2024 can be a heel victory, while Osprey can take the title from either Okada or new leader Jack Perry. I think Perry should just f*** around with the midcard titles this year
