If HHH were to fall ill or whatever and couldn’t continue I’d think that they’d promote someone in house. If he were to take the fall for shitty ratings/stock dropping/etc. they’d likely bring in an outsider(not Hall or Nash) and the WWE will cease to exist in a few years.
Even more likely though is that the Rock somehow forces HHH out and he and his flunkies take over all parts of creative…so Brian Gerwitz is probably the real answer.

I think it depends a lot on how much influence Dwayne has in WWE/TKO affairs. If he does have a lot, it's probably Brian Gewirtz.

Now that WWE is owned by a bigger corporation a lot less concerned with the promises and job for life handshakes wrestling has long operated under, I would be surprised if we even at present know the name of whoever will take over for Triple H, barring it being, as mentioned, just Rock getting Brian Gerwitz the spot. I can see Endeavor wanting to bring more corporate world kinds of people into the positions currently held by wrestlefolk under the idea that corporate world people can do a better business job than wrestling people can, because that is always the play they always make. Every time.

Quickest way to ruin a wrestling company is to introduce suits to the mix. It has never worked and it will never work.
That said, I wouldn't be shocked to see TKO replace HHH the moment things start to go south. If he decides to step down in 10 years or so, I'd imagine he'd be planning out his exit years in advance. I wouldn't be surprised to see him groom younger people like TJ or Jordan.

Obviously I would want to see a King of the Ring knockout style tournament to crown the new successor to Trips.

He's apparently a red pilled manosphere incel idiot so I doubt the company would want anything to do with him

I can't wait until Declan McMahon and Aurora Rose Levesque start their feud to see who will be the next generation to run WWE.

I can't wait until Declan McMahon and Aurora Rose Levesque start their feud to see who will be the next generation to run WWE. Only to find out that Vince’s 14 years-passed corpse has forced its way back into creative somehow and he’s the centerpiece of the feud because he won’t even let it go in death.
