I know it’s too early to be talking about this (hopefully) but who is next in charge after Hunter in terms of head of creative. He’s about the same age as Vince when the attitude era started. I think by 65-70 he should hand the keys over (which is in about a decade)

Jeremy Borash.
He's the chosen one working under the Triple H banner.
When it's finally his time, he's gonna shine.

He's dead, though. It can't be him.

It's crazy to think about but I wouldn't be shocked if Triple H doesn't last that long. Since he has bosses to answer to unlike Vince, it's going to be like sports where the coach is the first person to go if/when things start to struggle.

An hour later, Jim Cornette and Ric Flair will flip out

One of his NXT guys: KO or Finn maybe. Of others who might be interested; Punk will be too old himself by the time HHH retires and lacks the man management skills IMO. Cody I think will try acting or possibly even return to AEW or New Japan when his run on top ends.

Before Cody originally left, I thought HHH should have been looking at Cody and Woods as guys to mentor for leadership roles.
At the time, I thought Cody from a creative angle because his family history in the business, how he leaned into something like Stardust even when he didn't want to do it, and from the hints you'd see/hear of him coming up with things like the Bad News Barrett character and other backstage/streaming shows that were well-received like the JBL & Cole show. After AEW, I'm a bit less sure of where he lands with creative, but like HHH himself it just may be that he just has tunnel vision when booking his own stuff. Since that time, especially since coming back, Cody feels like the guy you should be prepping to be the company's public face. He's better at HHH already answering questions on the fly, he knows and loves mixing kayfabe with being honest, he loves the business, people like him, he's basically born for it.
Xavier has always felt like someone they'd miss terribly, whether they know it or not, if he left. I'd be looking at him for someone to head up personnel and contribute to creative. He clearly connects and unites the locker room and people who don't even work there, he's smart and creative, he has plenty of experience knowing how to present and sell himself online and on TV on his own, and he definitely understands pop culture and younger audiences more than HHH/HBK/Regal and the rest of that generation by a ton. I don't know what his plans, but if he's at all interested, he should already be someone they are actively working with for a future as a top guy backstage.
I hadn't thought of Owens, but I could see him wanting to do it, being pretty good at it, and having the respect of the people he'd need to.

Woods or Owens are both good options that have been mentioned.

Until this thread I'd never considered Woods. Following this thread, I'd now be surprised if WWE didn't at least try to have him on their creative team at the very least.

Randy Orton. Do you not watch the product? Instead of pointing at new champions, Papa Randy gives them an RKO outta nowhere..and then points at their lifeless body in the instagram selfie post

I hope it's a wrestling guy but my gut instinct is worst case scenario ratings fall for whatever reason and Triple H gets replaced with a TV person who has no idea what the f*** they're doing.
