So the 2022 Backlash in Providence that I attended will be the last ever to be held in the States? Apparently we were so good that no other American city could possibly compare. Suck It Other Cities!!!!

It's now French Wrestling Entertainment. Sorry, rest of the world. Shout out to whichever SvR it was where Rene Dupree was the best character in the game because the French Tickler couldn't be countered.

PHD-FENDERBAUM This one is for YOU. I have ZERO doubt in my mind Backlash Japan would eat Puerto Rico and France for lunch. They are CLAPPING to a damn entrance. Between this and making all their Japanese superstars have god like entrances and matches. Give Japan a PLE and now!

Backlash at Arena Mexico has to be next. Get Rey and Dom in a trios and have Hijo del Santo and other leyendas de Lucha libre do some run ins.

Next one should be in Hawaii! It would be cool if they did some pay per view there. I doubt they've ever had one.

What if next year's King/Queen of The Ring is in Rio De Jeneiro? So they can have a real tournament there!

I’m just now getting around to watching it. Appreciate the energy, but whatever they won’t stop chanting during the matches and at every two count is annoying as hell. I’m having to mute it.

Nick Khan straight up said a week or two ago that the plan going forward is to do the big 5 PPV’s in North America and the rest internationally. They’re absolutely on a push to grow their global footprint right now I’m an American and, honestly, I’m ok with it. The crowds are fantastic! However, does that open the door to helping AEW grow their footprint even better? Don’t get me wrong, that might be a good thing for fans of overall pro wrestling…. But do the business people at WWE/TKO want to see that happen?

Highly unlikely. Looking it up, their main arenas look like high school gyms. It’s not a big country, you know. Samoa’s population is only 200,000. I would have said to do something in Hawaii, but Aloha Stadium is closed down until they build a new one in a year or two. It would have been perfect for Bloodline War Games And not only that, but Hawaii's current football stadium (on University of Hawaii's campus) would just look..weird for a wrestling show. The only other option would be either the Stan Sheriff Center or the Neal Blaisdell Center and I don't know how WWE would hold a RAW/SmackDown/PPV over there.

Let's see Canada get more pay-per-views.
Same continent, but definitely not American.
