There's probably dozens and dozens I've subscribed to on Spotify and Youtube but I usually always forget about them and never actually listen.
The one podcast I do listen to pretty much every week is Tuesdays with Stories by comedians Joe List and Mark Normand.

I've only started listening to podcasts recently, but since then that's all I've listened to and probably will until I've finished my binge.
Lateral - Hosted by Tom Scott (you may know him from Youtube). It's a bit like QI, only with less famous people on it. Let's Learn Everything - The hosts are regular guests on Lateral, which is how I found them (and am working my way through their entire library of episodes). Three sciencey people exploring and explaining all sorts of different topics such as: The history of pregnancy tests, how many things did we leave on the moon?, What would happen if we got rid of all mosquitoes?(and how would we do it?)

The only thing I listen to regularly is Behind the Bastards.
Generally I'll only listen to stuff on my commute which is less than 30 minutes.
In between episodes I do music or audiobooks. Most recently MOX, as read by Jon Moxley. Which is awesome.

We Hate Movies Long-running show that started out life as four improv comedians slamming crappy movies. They've since branched out into subseries' praising movies they love and doing TV recaps (The Mandalorian/Book of Boba Fett, Star Trek: TOS/TNG/Picard, Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place).
All Killa No Filla Two British standup comics discuss serial killers.
Dan Carlin's Hardcore History A relatively in-depth look at various historical events and time periods from the perspective of an amateur historian. Generally only gets one or two episodes per year, but each one is practically a small audiobook.
Gates McFadden InvestiGates Gates McFadden (Beverly Crusher) interviews various cast and crew from the Star Trek franchise.
QAnon Anonymous A humourous dive into QAnon and conspiracy theories in general.
And then there's the TV recap shows:
Parks and Recollection A Parks and Rec recap show, initially hosted by Rob Lowe (Chris Traeger) and currently hosted by Jim O'Heir (Gerry Gergich).
Just Jack & Will A Will & Grace recap show, hosted by Sean Hayes (Jack) and Eric McCormack (Will).
Real Friends, Fake Doctors A Scrubs recap show, hosted by Zach Braff (JD) and Donald Faison (Turk).
The Delta Flyers A Star Trek: Voyager/Deep Space Nine recap show, hosted by Garratt Wang (Harry Kim), Robert Duncan McNeill (Tom Paris), Terry Farrell (Jadzia Dax), and Armin Shimerman (Quark).
The 7th Rule Initially a Star Trek: Deep Space Nine recap show, hosted by Aron Eisenberg (Nog) and Cirroc Lofton (Jake Sisko). Since retooled into a TNG recap show following the completion of the DS9 run and Eisenberg's passing.

At the moment I mainly listen to I Don’t Know About That with Jim Jeffries.
They bring an expert on, Jim Jeffries doesn’t know what he’s an expert in, asks yes or no questions to try and see if he can figure it out. He either does or doesn’t, but then they introduce the expert and what they’re an expert in and Jim is asked questions about the topic and he gives his answers.
It’s a fun little hour or so show.

Knowledge Fight. I have risen above my enemies. I lost a friend to Alex Jones brainworms and it's cathartic to listen to people unpick his lies, and contribute to his downfall.
Opening Arguments. A Comedian and a Lawyer, who is not the same as the previous lawyer, thank god.
Behind the B*stards. I disagree with Robert Evans on quite a few things, but the podcast is always funny and informative.
God Awful Movies. It introduced me to the globglogabgalab... And despite that, I still enjoy the show.
Skeptics with a K. Marsh is a national treasure.
The Skeptics Guide to the Universe. While it's long, it's rarely boring.
On Brand. A newer podcast, giving Russel Brand's descent into the grifter space the Knowledge fight treatment. The earlier eps are a bit rough but they're finding their flow.

Lot of very interesting podcasts here. Question: Is there a particular type of podcast you vibe or don't vibe with? For example, I love reading about history and watching videos, but history podcasts never quite hook me. However if you give me an audio log of a bunch of maniacs I'll probably dig it.
