Be it on your phone, computer, or any other device.
Man, I love the regular iOS notes. You can hand write your notes with the pencil, draw on it, easily organize it, edit across platforms.
For a free app, it’s surprisingly had a lot of useful features compared to most and the ones with more features have some stupid subscription fee attached.
The Google keeps one is surprisingly so barebones. You can’t even bold or underline anything, let alone change font size.
The Microsoft one however is king. It’s also the ugliest though. You can annotate and draw over the text and you can organize the notes even better across books, folders, tabs and pages. And the search feature lets you seek within a specific area. You can highlight and make tables etc
My windows 7, I loved that windows media center. My pc came with a tv tuner and I can find another free software that does what it did. I was so angry when they discontinued updating it so I couldn’t get the tv listing anymore and when I updated to 10, it’s not there at all.
I really like the iOS calculator and weather. It does what it does without hassle and then some other stuff if you need it.
Google stuff is native to androids right? Then I’ll throw in Google translate. At first, it was a go to joke but it’s really stepped up and it’s so useful. Love the real time translation, the instant camera translation, audio translation, translate websites.
I saw on Instagram that younger kids love Apple Maps now? I remember hating that app and would quickly trash it and download Google maps whenever I get a new phone

Google Maps is a lot better than any of the other alternatives I've seen.
For the last decade or so, Windows Defender is pretty much all most regular users need as far as a firewall and anti-virus go.

free adblockers do everything they need. No idea if there are pay ones to be honest--but UBlock Origin works fine.
Same as VPN--VeePN does everything I need it to and its free.
