So a few months back, G'N'R cancelled their show in Nashville, and Ticketmaster is still saying the show will be rescheduled and my tickets will be honored. Just last week I got my credit card bill, and I was refunded for the money spent on the tickets. So what now? Anyone experienced this?

They've never made an official set in stone release date for the album, March 6th 2007 is the first time they've ever done it, and even that is tenative. Every other time has been 'maybe' and 'hopefully' and rumor.

Why does anyone care about that band, or him really?
Who cares about their soon to be released crappy album. IMO that was your lucky day.

GNR was pretty much unfiltered bad-ass back in the day. Well 20 years ago but... Oh there's no doubt there. They saved hard rock. I don't know if anyone was around then but most rocker parties at that time consisted of hair metal and the occasional slayer or metallica track. They basically gave us a reason to keep drinking. Now they are basically the beach boys. One guy and his numbnut friends. Enough already.

I've actually heard that their live shows have been pretty awesome this go around.
Except for the fact that it takes two guitarists to fill Slash's void.

Eh, who cares? The album's never gonna be released, and it's not the real GNR anyway, because there's no Slash. Come March 6, we'll learn the album's been rescheduled until this September, then March again, and so on, and so on, and so on.

And he's not only lost Slash, which was travesty enough, but Duff, and Izzy as well. This is NOT G'n'R. This is Axl Rose and CO.

Except for all the shows Izzy has played with Axl in the past year and possibly done some writing with him. Izzy isn't in GN'R, but friendly with the band, Izzy has no interest in being a huge touring band.
