Rubeus was useless and bland. The rest of the Black Moon Clan was better, especially Saphir and Demand.

When the Bull Screw beats the hell out of that one Sister, it almost feels like YOUR vindication. Most richly deserved ass beating in cinematic history right there.

Yeah, unrequited love hurts, don't it? Nephrite still has the saddest villain death locked down though. Thats why I like Kōan so much, thats some painful unrequited love there. I just watched the Nephrite episode, poor Naru. Even if it was a little odd having a 14 year old so in love with an 20 something. ;D

It sounds so funny. ;D

It sounds so funny. ;D BAH, I HATE THE DUB![/Elitist] But seriously, her voiced ruined that scene. The Japanese voices just sank in the tragedy of the situation. And BTW, Mamoru needs to explode or something. I really waxing dislike him. Edit: LOL@Wax.

Trying to mention nothing said before-
Gendo Ikari- "Why did you call me here?" "I had a use for you." Iago- "I have come to tell you they are making the beast with two backs." Captain Hook Char Aznable King Homdo-Homdo- I need to comment on this guy, first time you see him he kills his cat. He only gets more insane from there on.

Lavos
It buried under the earth, is apparently immortal or has a ridiculously long life span, absorbed the DNA of pretty much every living thing, then rose up and pretty much exterminated must humans, then went on to rule the world and it can also make a bunch of other spawns of itself to repeat the process... not to mention the whole creating gates thing.

Frieza, though I don't care for DBZ anymore, Frieza is the coolest villian ever to me.

Kingpin-Major villian for every New York superhero, yet is so integrated in how New York operates can never be really beaten. His only power? He's a very strong fattie.
The Emporer-The one guy to make it out of the new trilogy looking even better than he did before, this guy effortlessly outclasses the whiny, ever ineffectual Darth Vader. Manipulates a galaxy to give him ultimate authority, and had an endless supply of Sith apprentices who each knew better than to screw with him.
Magneto & Lex Luthor- Two guys who are either hero or villain depending on your POV. Both capable of evil acts for the most noble reasons.
Daleks-They're just giant saltshakers with a plunger attachment, but they're constant need to 'EXTERMINATE!' earns them a place in my heart.
The Cylons-A metaphor for both al queda and the uglier side of America, the Cylons start out by wiping out 99.9% of humanity and then get more twisted. Religious fanatics (with the exception of Brother Cavil who gleefully mocks God but always is a priest when infiltrating humanity) who insist that God is Love, they actually have no identity other than humanity's children. Can go from scary evil to pitiable and back again a thousand times an episode.

hmm...
comics:
The Joker (nuff said) Deathstroke (only he could pick fights with children and still look cool doing it) Lex Luthor (evil post-crisis Machiavillian as opposed to loser mad scientist) Doctor Doom Magneto Black Adam
Ozymandias (oops hehe sorry to spoil)
movies:
Darth Vader Saruman (Christopher Lee is awesome... I suppose it works for books too) the Angel Gabriel (Walken's finest work IMO) Boba Fett (the only dude in the whole series who can upstage Darth Vader, and he doesn't even need to say a single word) Freddy Krueger (the first and third movie only) Michael Myers (the definition of creepy) John Doe (I really wish my mom hadn't told me who it was before I saw the movie) Pinhead (I dunno what he's talking about, all I know is it sounds cool)
video games:
Kefka (The Joker's closest equivalent in video games) Luca Blight (the only guy who gives Kefka a run for his money in all around evil maniac ways) Deus (hooray for god being an evil computer!) Bowser (the OMF) Luc (for the Suikoden-freaks, boy talk about a heel turn) Shao Kahn (made me want to break my SNES on more than one occassion) Sigma (MFer just keeps coming back)
Television:
Mayor Wilkens (easilly, by far, the best villain Buffy ever had) Cobra Commander The Shredder Megatron (the holy trinity of any child's tv villains) Skeletor Stinkorr (yeah he was a big skunk, but he looked cool)
edit: Anime:
Tetsuo (The definition of Tragic hero) Frieza (lst villain [Vegeta] was too cool for kids to hate? solution: make the next villain a mincing dandy with arrogance through the roof) Vegeta (but he got completely neutered in GT... reminds me so much of Black Adam it isn't funny) The Homonculi (especially Gluttony... god he's funny) Zabuza (and he went out like a champ!)
