Now obviously, Dr. Cox would crush the Janitor in a battle of the wits. Janitor however has told Cox he isn't afraid of him and even stuffed him in a mortuary drawer at one point. The question is, who'd win in a fight?
EDIT - I went with Janitor by the way.

Gotta go with the master of sarcasm himself, Dr. Perry Cox...Though the Janitor and early Jordan Sullivan are two of the best characters on TV period...

Cox is probably a good brawler and is in good shape, but Janitor is sadistic and the "brain trust" and other janitor minions are never far away to provide back-up. I went with the Janitor.

With the brain trust at Janitor's side, I'm afraid Cox will just be outclassed. It'll be Unforgiven 04, Scrubs style.

Hopefully the one with the morgue guy. His name escapes me at the time.

Carla: What happened to you?
Dr. Cox: Two hours in a morgue drawer. Long story short, don't piss off the Janitor.
Winner: Jan Itor.

I think Dr. Cox would win because he has a lot of pent up rage that he might let loose on the Janitor. And, I'm pretty sure J.D. would help Cox cheat to get back at the Janitor for all those years of torture.

Well, Falls do Count Anywhere, so I'll say the Janitor goes over in the closet in 22:33 with a broom up Cox's behind. Hilarity ensues as JD finally notices this "match" took up the entire episode.

Wait, Dr. Rotinaj would come in and knock Dr. Cox and the Janitor out?

Cox by far. Janitor always seems to need a group of people to help him.
