I've lived through Punisher meeting Archie. I was there for Superman getting beat by Muhammad Ali. New Avengers meeting soap opera Guiding Light? Why not? But I just picked up what may very well be the weirdest comic book crossover ever.

P.S. - Man, and to think I thought I was incredibly smart when I figured out how to make a STAR TREK/STAR WARS comic cross-over happened.....until I realized how incredibly lame it was.

Ah, Star Comics... it was a real shame when that line was cancelled, and the licensed characters were thrown into the Marvel Universe. That Strawberry Shortcake vs. the Wrecking Crew storyline was harsh.

The first issue of NFL Super-Pro featured a crossover with Spiderman, not sure why Spidey wasted his time.... In searching NFL Super-Pro I found this image, Which is just plain funny:

That Strawberry Shortcake vs. the Wrecking Crew storyline was harsh. Of course, that storyline started with this issue: And much as I love the Scourge of the Underworld character and concept, I'm still torn on if it was a good idea to have him wipe out the entire Getalong Gang. The Muppet Babies/X-Men cross-over that had Orphan Maker's Nanny turn out to be the MB's Nanny in disguise was kinda cool though. Made sense once you thought about it. Of course the MBs were all mutant children.

But I just picked up what may very well be the weirdest comic book crossover ever. You had it easy, bro...anonymously picking that issue up two decades later. As a Madballs Marvel/Star comic book mark, and a completist at that, I had to suffer the shame of buying that issue brand new, right off of the rickety metal comic rack at the grocery store. One of my most embarrassing public moments to date - buying a f'n Care Bears comic.

So Madison, what weird crossovers are you working on?
Care Bears/Madballs and the Geraldo one are WAY out there as far as I can tell.
Everything else seems like something that you would read in MAD Magazine.

Not working on any at the moment.
Having said that, I've already made some strides in bringing one of the STAR Comics character into regular Marvel continuity soon.

Actually.....if you're gonna do a revamp....might I suggest WEREWOLF BY NIGHT? I always saw a fun Buffyesque relationship thing happening between he and TIGRA.
