I smothered a bunch of leftover Mexican food in hot sauce at 2 am last night. I regretted it.

I can feel my sinus burn extreamly bad, but thats about it. I drank a restaurant size bottle of Tabasco before and that was the only time I ever had a burning ring of fire due to spicy foods

I did a little Wasabi to just add a kick. Tabasco was Durring my "Jackass" stint in High school where I was basically getting paid by my friends to act like Pontius and Steve-o

Wasabi isn't "hot" so much as it is "pungent". It doesn't contain capsaicin like chile peppers do.
eating wasabi releases vapors that irritate your nasal passages, its an intense feeling but disappears somewhat quickly
true wasabi is actually very hard to find in America, what we get is a horseradish paste with green coloring. real wasabi is also very expensive

An apple, a piece of kilbasa and something else I cannot remember. I'll work it all off at the gym in the morning.

usually it's Alexander Keiths, but I have trying different stuff all the time lately. Tonight it's Big Rock Traditional Ale. I would assume that no one outside of Canada has heard of these though.
