It's from possibly one of my favorite movies as a kid, right up there with the Brave Little Toaster. Yes this clip is from a rated G kids movie and its called The Adventures of Mark Twain.

I'll have to see this Adventures of Mark Twain. I've never even heard of it. But I love Mark Twain, and I love that...so I'll be seeing this sometime.

That was very good. Satan seems like a bit of a dick though.

That was very good. Satan seems like a bit of a dick though. I actually didn't think so. The people those kids created seemed a bit selfish and crazy. Which may sound a little familiar. But I'm occasionally amazingly cynical. Unfortunately a lot of the world is actually that way.

I didn't say the chitlins was evil I said the little clay people they created were But yeah, putting kids in charge of any nation would probably seem like a bad idea in hindsight.

Indeed look how they started to create civilization. First up was making someone to rule (King & Queen) and then someone to enforce (soldier) followed FINALLY by someone to live with the law laid out.

I'd get more into it from here but we'd start to discuss politics and religion, so I'll refrain.

Dually noted, I figured the subject matter was treading thin water to begin with, but figured I'd post the vid and try to not talk about it TOO much or deeply.

The way his face kept changing should have been enough to let those kids know not to go through that door.

You see, kids can handle these sort of things.
*Must destroy the gingerbread man! Must destory his gingerbread goodness! Sounds of eating!*

I remember thinking this was nifty as a kid but as an adult I find it nifty + creepy as all blue hell.
Odd how that works.
