Rocky IV, it's the first one I can remember watching and is my favorite move of all time. I really don't know why, though. I guess it's that cheesiness of Rocky ending the cold war. ;D "I cannot be beaten. I will defeat all man. Soon I will defeat real champion. If he dies, he dies" I always used to think that Drago said I defeat old man.

Rocky 3 is the first movie i remember going to see in the movies. I really love all of them but got to go with Rocky 1 followed by a tie between rocky 2 and 3.

By the way my Vote is for Rocky 3 and i've never seen it mentioned on here. But anyone notice that during Adrian's speech to Rocky on the beach she uses lines that The Rock became synonomous with:
Adrian: When all the smoke clears and everyone is through chanting your name its just gonna be us.
Bonus points for actually being used by The Great One.

I always used to think that Drago said I defeat old man. It does kinda sound like that now that you mention it. "There's no easy way out There's no shortcut hoooome!" There's no easy way out, giving in, GIVING IN can't be wrong no! Best montage ever. www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9VqYpN3mUoIndeed. I think the soundtrack was also one of the things that made Rocky IV so awesome.

Rocky 4 just for the awesome training montage As awesome as a lame sitcom. No, the ROCKY picture with the best training montages were ROCKY and ROCKY BALBOA. The first movie, its the hero training his ass off, and everyone else not giving a damn about him. Its his own personal triumph. For BALBOA, there is a reason behind his particular training regiment, since he is older than hell, he has to adjust to duke it out with a hot stud.

Agent Unclad, I would recommend skipping Rocky V if you feel you must. But I do Strongly recommend Balboa. The future Mrs. Schlapowitz is not a Rocky fan at all and she loved it. If you watch it and don't like it you may throw one object of moderate size in my general direction.

Rocky Balboa is surprisingly good. It's a worthy entry in the series.

I rank 'em: 1 6 3 2 5 4
4 is last because it's about as compelling as a Saturday Morning Cartoon. The first one, however, is my favorite movie ever.
