You know what grinds my gears?
Dean Cain was around for awhile, and now nothing. America fell in love with the guy, and now what? Is Dean Cain chopped liver? Was our fascination with Dean Cain replaced with a love for Kevin Sorbo and I wasn't told about it? I guess I'm just old-fashioned that way when it comes to the performers I enjoy. Maybe people didn't take to him because he might be some kind of Indian or something.

I don't miss this man being around, this is one of the men my mom fell in love with from the tv and would obsess over. She says it was his ass.
Same reason I can't bear to watch anything with Chris O'Donnell or Val Kilmer anymore.
Damn my mother's hormones...

Dean Cain has a guest part in the upcoming new season of Smallville. [/random] Damn, really? Just make it a guest cameo 'Passing the Torch' moment like with Reeves, and I'm there.

Yeah I think so. He plays some sort of scientist or...somethin'. I don't remember his name, but I do remember that the initials ended up being CK. Haha, pun.

What's the deal with Dean Cain? I mean he was Superman for ten minutes, then he did that Ripley's show, now apparently he's on the nonflying Superman show where they have the guy hang out with Luthor, am I wrong? Double Bonus- Seinfeld is a big Superman fan. Also interesting factoid- never been able to get into Smallville, the episodes I've seen have been good, know it has a rabid fanbase, you'd think I'd be all over it. Not a fan. Guess it's too different from the kinda Superman I wanna see. Quality show, just never been able to get into it/care about it.

I was really into Lois & Clark for the first couple seasons, but it jumped the shark very quickly.

I think Dean Cain's Clark Kent was the best rendition of the character, ever. Better than Christopher Reeve. Blasphemous, I know.

Wasn't he on Ripley's Believe it or not? Yeah he was the host. And just like Lou Diamond Phillips and some other 90s action star (looked sort of like Lou Diamond Phillips).. .no one could quite quickly figure out what the hell he was.

Seinfeld for the win! Also he's awesome on Ripley's, once you get past his nerdiness he had a fair bit of charisma
