I drove through that on Tuesday before it got really bad. I was out visiting friends in Gundorf ? Down near Ottawa and had a hell of a time getting home. Got re-routed on 30 a couple times heading towards PA and had to drive thru the river twice.
Mansfield was under, from what I could see. There is a gas station that sits off to the right of Rt 30 and all I could see was the roofs of cars.
Because they closed I-75, they sent all the truck traffic through Ottawa by way of Rt. 65. From 30 where they came off and the whole way through Columbus Grove was bumper to bumper parking lot traffic jam. The single light in Ottawa couldn't handle all the traffic and was only letting one or two trucks through before changing.
Took me 4 hours to get there and almost 6 hours to get home in that mess. Hope you dry out soon up there. My friend is without power now for 2 days and lives right along the Blanchard River. I was kidding her on Monday that it was only a little creek.. I come from Pittsburgh, I know what rivers are. But when I left, that thing was HUGE

Another look downtown I looked at that and for a second thought it was one of the pics from when my town flooded. It's seriously just like one of the shots, just in an entirely different place. But yeah, I know what you're going through, and I hope for the best for everyone there, and that it clears up as soon as is possible.
