All I ever got to see was the bastardized version done by Manga Ent. back in the day that never even got into the second part of the story, where the kids are older and um, well I guess he knows Yulia is dead.
So, having seen the intro to it on youtube the other day, my curiosity was piqued, can anyone explain what happens?
I always contemplated buying some of the erm, less "official" DVD sets for this series, should I? I loved it in it's butchered form, I'm sure I'd love it in it's unadulterated glory as well.

I punch you and you explode. not so much in Part 2, Ken losses him memory at one point so he's lost his North Star arts. He can still kick ass tho'

I played an arcade game of Fist of the North Star where you punch these paddle things. God, it was fun.

I only saw it once, in Iowa. I punched the hell out of the machine, and you'd get real sweaty.
