there was this really really bad cartoon it had a weird looking kid with a hispanic accent, i'd say it was from the 70's maybe 80's and it was a kida weird almost educational thing where you'd learn..say..the origins of tennis or something
it had an annying theme tune like "i don't wanna bne youre footbal star" all these great things he could be but isn't..etc..finishing with "I only want to be youre friend"
what the hell was it called..and no i wasn't watching tv with rvd at the time

Anyone mention Mr T's where him and a bunc of kids would backflip all over the place for no real reason? I remember an episode where Mr. T and the group had a new kid come in who was black. They acted they didn't like the new kid because he was new, but everyone else in the group was white, and he was the only black kid ten miles around except for T. It was hilariously bad.

I'll be first to throw this out there, the damned "other" Ghostbusters (and I'm waiting for a certain someone to defend this cartoon), but everything I can find about this cartoon reeks of suck. Are you referring to me? Anyway yeah I loved Filmation's Ghostbusters I realize it's not the best cartoon ever made and had flaws but I enjoyed it. The show was just so silly and over the top you had to like it and plus I liked Tracy (the gorilla who those that didn't know) and Prime Evil was a cool villain.

It's name is Inuyasha. And it's smurfing crap. I actually like it. Not all the time, but I do like it.

I'm kind of surprised that there has been no mention of Wrestlecrap Inductee, Hulk Hogan's Rock and Wrestling.
Also, I've never gotten the point of Anime.
I have one other nominee: The Three Stooges Cartoons. Take the 3 Stooges, change their voices so that they sound nothing like the orginal and then take away everything about them that made them funny and call it a cartoon.

In that case the Beatles cartoon would be on the list (didn't know George was Irish) except it had GREAT music. The songs often had nothing to do with the story but the Strawberry Fields cartoon was magical.

Anyone mention Mr T's where him and a bunc of kids would backflip all over the place for no real reason? AS ran that along with the Gary Coleman show, showcasing the bad side of HB. They were gymnasts for no reason.

Mr. T. is disqualified because Jack Kirby worked on that show, and nothing kirby did could ever be included on a "worst of" list.

To the guy wondering whether the Gary Coleman show was mentioned...
Yeah I mentioned the Gary Coleman show earlier along with the intro.
Terrible.

I don't get not getting anime... as noted above, it's a story, it's animated... it just happens to be Japanese. I'm not specifically an anime fan, I've liked some of it, I've disliked some of it... the good anime is great, just ordered some more Studio Ghibli stuff today, but obviously there's some pretty crappy work out there too.

It took me a while to get to the end, as the Alan Cumming part just about slayed me. I remember those commercials: one where he's pretty much molesting himself and one with that manic, wicked "I'm so naughty" grin. Fabulous. Cumming All Over.
And on the cartoon end, I have to nominate the following:
Pole Position: I can see PacMan. Maybe. But was there really a need for a Pole Position cartoon? What's next, Track and Field?
She-Ra: He-Man was pretty bad. But it was Shakespeare compared to Prince Adam's sister.
13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo: not only off the formula, but resplendent in Scrappy-Doo, the reason to hate lots of things. Even Vincent Price couldn't help how terrible this was.
