maybe i missed the part in the second movie where she like, gets force powers or something? dismantling a satellite in space with her mind? what the f***?
don't get me wrong, i liked the movie, a lot, mindless action which i dig, and im glad ashanti had no point in the role and died within like 3 minutes of the movie.
but for real, force powers. why didnt she just fly?

Yeah that was a bit of a plot hole. Never fully explained why. Probably my least favorite part of the movie cause she doesn't use them logically.

I saw it, and yeah, I don't remember that ever happening. I thought this thread was about the REAL Resident Evil 3, by the way.

Hmm, this film sounds terrible. I haven't bothered with the second one and only saw the first at last about 2 months ago.

I've quite enjoyed these movies, simply by treating them as only connected to the games by the use of the same character names - I've found them all to be a lot of mindless fun, although I'll wait for the new one to be on TV/DVD rather than go to the movies.

I'm not sure how she got them but here it goes.
Near the end of the 2nd movie, she dies when she gets hit with that thing in the chopper to protect Angie and then the Chopper crashes. So that doctor clones her and somehow gives her some special powers.
Aside from that, why is it that I have to read the novel to find out what happened to Jill and Angie? I wanted to know these things during the movie.

When I saw Alice use her powers in this movie, the first person that popped into my mind is Jean Grey.[/Random]
And YES for Ashanti dying like 5 minutes into the movie. I didn't know you could have perfectly manicurred nails in a wasted Earth.
