Biking. I spend at least an hour a day on my exercise bike. I just sit back with my Stereo blasting and enjoy.
Also, Saturday morning football during the NFL season is always fun.

The only exercise I really get is walking. Since I don't have a car.

running is mine(but thats because I do that as a sport). I ran my 2nd fastest 5k(thats 3.1 miles) yesterday, a 20:13. My all-time fastest was 2 years ago, and it was a 19:30. I must have been on drugs then or something, because I haven't even touched that before, or since(obviously, if its still 43 seconds faster than my 2nd closest, which was 40 seconds faster than my previous faster this year).

I mix it up. I do weightlifting, 10 minutes of cardio with each session, and then combat drills. Punching, kicking, elbows, knees. Once a week instead of the drills, we will do contact sparing with some take downs/wrestling.

I run for an hour a day and swim for half an hour 5 times a week, play football (soccer) once a week and do weights.
Most enjoyable there is undoubtedly football. It`s a social activity unlike the rest. Though for losing weight it`s a bit hit and miss because if I pick up an injury early in the game I won`t be doing much at all. Of the activities I do at the gym, I probably prefer swimming, but as I have music playing to get me going, I get more work done when I`m running so that`s my prefered excercise for losin weight.
And if it`s losing weight your thinking about, a sensible, balanced diet is a must.

Weightlifting is my favorite.
But here is my routine, Stretch for 20 mins, Run/Cardio for 20 mins,/ and then weight lift for about 1hr 30mins depends on what body part I'm working out.
