I cannot wait to see this film. PT Anderson's latest film starring quite possibly the greatest actor alive, Daniel Day-Lewis. (And from what I read, he's the early favourite for Best Actor at the Oscars next year). Here's the link.

Now THAT'S how you entice someone to want to see your movie! :-o
That there looks like some Grade A drama going on.

Oh totally...this looks freakin great, I remember seeing a preview of this during 3:10. It made every other movie look like utter rectal waste by comparision. It doesn't hurt that it's based on an awesome Upton Sinclair book too. Hopefully they stay close to the book's message.

Some early print reviews compared it to GIANT and CITIZEN KANE. That's......quite comparisons to be made with. I should note too that the first 15 minutes of this movie has no dialogue.

Seriously, this and the Coen Brothers apparantly returning to the glory days of the 90's with No Country for Old Men are 2 films in late 07/early 08 that I cannot wait to see.

It's really being heralded that much? That's setting the bar pretty damned high. I don't go to theaters tho, so this'll hafta wait for a dvd release.

Anderson, I thought I said if you make another movie I'd eliminate you...
:: Takes out shotgun ::
This one is for predator, alien, and leon kennedy.
:: Shoots ::
RRA: You just shot PT Anderson...
Yeah so...? He screwesd up 3 franchises.
RRA: You're thinking of Paul W.S Anderson, you shot PT Anderson...the director of boogie nights and magnolia.
Oops...wow, that sucks.
:: Shoots again ::
Jeez...my finger slipped.
RRA: Now you just shot Wes Anderson....when will the anderson killing stop!?
---------------------
Daniel Day-Lewis was screwed out of his oscar for bill the butcher. He was my favorite part of the movie, though I am still pissed about the lack of fighting at the end. I mean you build it up to only have nothing....to quote the hurricane "WHAT'S UP WIT DAT!?"

Man, you're just like Arnold in THE TERMINATOR. I'm killing all the "Andersons" in Hollywood, just to make sure. *Knock Knock* Milla Jonovich: YES? W.R.: Paul W.S. Anderson here? Jonovich: YES? *You break down door*

As for you on GANGS OF NEW YORK, I liked that ending. This movie sets up this brutal-ass epic street brawl, and inbetween the Draft Riots of 1863, its broken up, and the fight ends up being between Leo and DDL........I dig it.
