The Red. TORNADO. *edit* I missed nominations.. I would have nominated the Scarlet Witch or... Cyclops. Both of those are in (This is a 256 character tournament afterall) Red Tornado batters down the hatches and Silver Sable effortlessly ------------------------------------ Next up ... Banshee - A former member of the x-men and mutant with the ability to project a sonic scream, which also allows him to fly. Owned Cassidy Keep in Ireland and had a bitter rivalry with Black Tom his cousin, his daughter is Siryn. Officaly he is dead when he tried to rescue a plane full of innocents from a villain only for his powers to not be at full power, resulting in him flying into the plane, everyone died in the incident. vs Darkseid - He is the ruler of the planet Apokolips, a post he obtained after assassinating his mother. He is obsessed with finding the Anti-Life Equation in order to use it to rule the universe; this goal also includes conquering his rival planet, New Genesis, ruled by the Highfather. He has almost god like powers but is known mostly for his 'Omega Effect' which consists of energy that he fires from his eyes, this is deadly. I expect this to be one sided, Darkseid has my vote for being very evil.

Darkseid is one of the cooler bad asses. Also, I have love for the "universe domination" type.

Banshee. Underrated X-Man. I have to ask why you think he's underrated. Cause i always saw him as "he could scream, and because of that, he could fly" And it never appealed to me.

Darkseid wipes out Banshee ---------------------- Next up ... (NOTE: Consider the Green Lantern as the whole hero, as apposed to each seperate version) The Green Lantern - Each Green Lantern possesses a "power ring" that gives the user great control over the physical world as long as the wielder has sufficient willpower and strength to wield it. Over the years there have been several Green Lantern's but apart from the character of each of these people the powers have remained the same. Most Prominent are Hal Jordan, Alan Scott, John Stewart, Guy Gardner, and Kyle Rayner. vs Hank Henshaw aka Cyborg Superman - A man who suffered when his shuttle and crew are sprayed with cosmic radiation. This ends up killing all of the passengers but somehow Hank's consciousness survives. Forced to live with in a machine he becomes paranoid and delusional and eventually blames superman. He has the powers of Technopathy, Kryptonian powers similar to Superman and a Qwardian power ring with which he uses to impersonate and exact revenge on those his delusions have made him blame. Tough one, but I'll go with the Green Lantern for being an iconic figure and having some damm good stories.
