Hello and Welcome to the Superhero and Supervillain tournament that I do every year ...
I have once again decided to find out who is the greatest Superhero/Villain of them all in the eyes of the fans. A staggering 256 contenders will make an appearence but only one can win.
Here are the rules and FAQ

Ok then with all that said and done let's get this show on the road ...
(Drumrole)
----------------
The first match is a nice DC vs Marvel match to start ...
Mr. Terrific - The 3rd smartest man in the DC universe, Micheal Holt is a super hero with formidable intellectual and physical abilities. He cannot be detected by modern technology and created his T-Spheres that function as a computer, holographic projection unit, projectile weapons and numerous other tools. He is an atheist and has said of himself that "everyone has a talent. ..Mine is learning."
vs
Blade - He is the daywalker and vampire hunter. Being born to a mother who had been bitten by a vampire he has some quasi-vampire abilites such as Accelerated healing factor Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes plus an ability to sense supernatural creatures. Using a vast number of weapons he hunts vampires in the marvel universe.
I'd never heard of Mr. Terrific until I started this tournament, he seems cooler than your usual DC hero so he gets my vote (Although Blade is good too)

FAQ:
- The contenders were chosen mainly by me, but I also had a thread for nominations of more obscue characters.
- In the previous two tournaments on this topic the winners have been Spiderman & Doctor Doom
- There will be no comedy, TV or Manga creations in this tournament (e.g Dr. Who, Captain Caveman, Hong Kong Phooey, Akira or Dragonball.)
- I haven't put any groups in as each villain or hero should have the merit to stand on there own.
Rules
- First to 4 votes wins. (After 3 rounds it will progress to 5 votes for the next two rounds, at the quaters it will be 6, the semi's 7 and the final will get a couple of days.)
- 256 characters will enter ... they will be spread roughly between hero and villains ... with a few Vigilante/anti-hero's thrown in.
- The main selection will be from DC & Marvel ... however a few from other independant comics have been included.
- In case of characters who have had multiple people in there roles, use the general basis of that character. (e.g. Green Lantern, Flash, Baron Zemo etc)
- I will try to update this as swiftly as possible.
- I will be voting as well.
- The matches are determined at random.
- IMPORTANT! - Vote on who you like the most, not on who would win in a fight.
