Catwoman sends Sentry packing

Carnage - A supervillain and adversary of Spider-Man and Venom. Carnage is the result of a spawning of a separate extraterrestrial symbiote by Venom. This symbiote bonded with serial killer Cletus Kasady, creating one of Spider-Man’s most murderous adversaries. His ultimate goal is for a society based on murderous hedonism, with no law or moral order, and for people to have the freedom to do whatever they want, something uncommon among supervillains who most desire wealth, money, power or world domination. The alien symbiote suit is made of tough, flexible fibers of organic polymer which have the ability to mimic any type of clothing whatsoever (typically colored black or red in Kasady's case). As with Venom, it also makes him undetectable to Spider-Man's spider-sense. Carnage can also block Venom's senses as well. In addition, the suit gives Carnage the ability to adhere to most surfaces with his hands and feet, a power which the symbiote inherited, via Venom, from Spider-Man. Also adapted from Spider-Man is the ability to project a web-like substance from his body. Typically, Carnage's webs appear to simply be black/ red extensions of his costume, instead of resembling webs. Unlike Venom, Kasady can also separate parts of the symbiote costume from himself and use them as weapons, as was one example in the Spiderman animated series, where the symbiote took the form of an ax. The living costume endows Carnage with superhuman strength greater than that of Spider-Man and Venom combined. Carnage also has superhuman reflexes and reaction time superior to that of Spider-Man, although he has the disadvantage of having no spider sense. Carnage is an unrepentant killer and his powers make him a formidable combatant, even though he has had no formal training in hand to hand combat. Kasady's bond with the symbiote is far more profound then that of Venom's; They have bonded so completely, they refer to themselves as "I" instead of "We". Recently he tried to escape the Raft prison but was dealt with by Sentry who flew with him into space and ripped him apart, wheter he will retunr remains a mystery.
vs
Dormammu - A supervillian, in the Marvel Comics universe. He is an extra-dimensional mystic entity from an another dimension who serves as the archenemy of Doctor Strange. Dormammu is a 6-foot humanoid with a flame-cloaked head. His sister, Umar, is more human in appearance, though her head also bears a mantle of flames. The siblings were once two of the Faltine, a race of extra-dimensional energy-based beings. However, they became greedy, bonding matter to themselves to accumulate power. The other Faltine exiled the siblings to a dimension known as the Dark Dimension, where they accumulated power and eventually came to rule. Dormammu is composed of pure mystic energy, eclipsing even the greatest of sorcerers in terms of raw power, including Doctor Strange, which is increased and replenished by ambient mystical energy throughout various dimensions. Among many examples, he is capable of matter transmutations, interdimensional or time travel, creating artificial beings, vastly powerful magic blasts, changing his appearance, or empowering others. He can call upon the power of the entire Dark Dimension, even when present in another dimension. He has been shown as more powerful than Satannish and Mephisto, and apparently served as the creator of the former. Dormammu also held the upper hand in a formal game of cosmic chess against Odin, but it ultimately ended in a draw. He has even dared to directly challenge a manifestation body of Eternity itself, and in one case even overcame it. Dormammu is virtually indestructible, and has enormously enhanced strength, speed and stamina, which he can directly empower to levels shown capable of challenging even the Hulk, or by growing to gigantic size. Dormammu is a master hand-to-hand combatant, trained in an extradimensional fighting style. His chief resources are his boundless magical powers and considerable intellect.
This is tough as I think both villains are great. My vote goes to Carnage as he at least gets to interact a lot more with the superheroes as apposed to Dormammu who usually remains in his own dimension.
