lotta "batman begins" fanboys claim that BATMAN BEGINS is the best depiction of batman ever. well Phooey i say to that! BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES WAS FAR BETTER AND MORE FAITHFUL!

I actually prefer "Mask of the Phantasm" over "Begins"
Phantasm just got everything right

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!
I happen to agree that Batman Begins, although far inferior to the Batman Begins I created with my "What If?" ray... oh yes... was a rather delicate sandwich.
As for the first post, I would have to say PHOOEY.

Batman:TAS was a really great show, especially the first season. The episode with Clayface is tragically beautiful.

different mediums, no point in comparing them. I think are great, and actually get certain aspects of Batman that were....lacking....in the previous movies. That said, MOTP is probably a better movie, by inches, over BATMAN BEGINS....but is that really a negative thing? Really, we're lucky to grow up with TAS. To the generations that didn't... NahnahNAH!!!

different mediums, no point in comparing them. Not really. They're both movies about the same character. It's not like you're comparing Mask of the Phantasm to a phonograph record. There's two different mediums for you.

Batman:TAS was a really great show, especially the first season. The episode with Clayface is tragically beautiful. On top of that, the two-parter with Harvey Dent turning into Two-Face always made me tear up.
