Wow... It seems so long ago that I can't even remember. There was a Fawlty Towers DVD free with the paper, but that doesn't really count... I'm honestly not sure.

I'm almost certain it was a Tenchi in Tokyo DVD, but I'm not 100% as it was 6 or 7 years ago.

Thinking back it may have been Metallica's "Live S***: Bing & Purge" (which came with the CDs of the same name). Again, I'm still not 100% certain.
