Does that really work ? I'm contemplating getting some for my son who ice skates to keep him warm. I've just been layering him up with clothes, but it'd be so much easier for him (and me) if I could just throw on some Under Armour and not layer the clothes. Only thing is, it's kinda pricey for a 5 year old so I don't wanna get it unless it's durable and it works. Figure he can fit in it for a couple years as the smallest size is 8 and he's only in a 5 / 6.
So, does anyone wear Under Armour ?

I've heard it works great. Guys I used to play football with used to wear it and they were rail thin. So I would say it's worth a chance. Just make sure it's the right kind.

I don't have UA brand, but I have Brooks(the leading running shoe/clothing company) running tights, and the things are godly.

Underarmour's great. Question becomes how active is your son Ice skating? Underarmour has two styles beyond the long/short sleeves and sleeveless. There's Cold gear and regular. regular's great for spring-fall. It's all I wear on my upper body when I go running. Cold gear is thicker and is ideal for winter and snow conditions. If he's gonna have more layers, get the normal gear. If he's not wearing that many layers, then cold gear's probably the better option.

He goes ice skating once a week definitely and with work slowing down for me, I'll have time to take him more often. I don't want to layer him down so I was hoping that would help. The boy won't come in and won't admit to being cold and I don't wanna overbundle him and have him looking like a goober I don't have UA brand, but I have Brooks(the leading running shoe/appeal company) running tights, and the things are godly. I'll do some research on that brand as well and see if they offer a comparable product. Options are good ! I've heard it works great. He's just a little stick of a kid, like his dad.. turn sideways and he disappears. I was getting all excited when I found some UA that was only $30 but then found out it was to keep ya cool when it was hot outside. Um.. not what I want LOL Thanks guys !

I just got an awesome Under Armour sweatshirt. It's a sweatshirt, made from the UA material.
