Would you take advantage of it?To be honest, the gas station screwed up & I sure as hell would take advantage of it....if I was one of the first few. But I wouldn't wait in line.

I probably wouldn't. It's not something that's going to effect the big gas companies or make a dent in their profits, chances are it would cost someone their job and those people who work at gas stations don't exactly have the best job in the world to begin with. Keep in mind though, this is coming from the person who makes their kid pick up pennies that people drop in the check out line and attempt to give it back to them. Of course, they let the sweet little boy keep the money he picks up. He's gotten to be quite wealthy from helping people pick up fallen change

Honestly, it depends. If it was a place I went to often and enjoyed, probably not because I tend to go to smaller stores. If it was a big corporate chain, yeah.
No, not morally right, but I'm being honest.

I'd do it. Who's it gonna hurt? Giant faceless corporation number 10? The oil companies? Pfffft.

Who's going to hurt? How is it not moral to get back a little from the Oil Companies that have been raping us since Dub got in office. Robin Hood that shit.

I only fill up when I actually need gas so it would've just depended on that. I'm not the type of person who goes "Gas is only X dollars? Better fill up even though I only need about 4 gallons!"

You're not hurting the oil companies AT ALL. You would be however, hurting the people that run the gas station and the poor schmuck who made the mistake. If it's a small mom and pop station (and they do exist) then you're helping the big corporations out by running competition out of business.
Not quite so black and white now is it?

Let me go into further detail, I wouldn't do it to a independently run mom & pop store. I have to much respect for what they are trying to do. However, where I live there are none of those. All we have is corporate chain stores. And I'd do it to them in a heartbeat. When I was saying I'd do it so easily, it's because I was relating to the types of places I am accustumed to.

Again, first off you wouldn't do crap. Oh no, the gas station lost $1,740.42. The oil company (who BTW have been at it LONG before W got in office, so no need to go there) would have lost maybe $1000. Oh that's showing them all right. Besides, there may possibly be legal consequences for it as well because no reasonable person should believe gas is 33 cents.

Like I said, I wouldn't do it to a mom & pop place, I would to a chain store that probably has the same owner for all 50 of them that are in my town. I know where mom & Pops get their gas.
