Hmm, the poster hints at the Rapture. Wonder what it'll 'really' be- assuming he's not making a straightforward movie for once, which would be interesting to see. I bet water plays a role somewhere.

If it's about The Rapture then I foresee the twist as this:
(Pan up to heaven where we see God scratching his head. He slowly looks up at the camera, and with a quizzical look on his face begins to speak.)
"They ain't here folks."

It reminds me of that movie in that episode of The Simpsons when Homer finds out when the end of the World is happening.

I'm disappointed that they didn't get a chance to work in all of his movie titles into the tag. Like I said on Dread Central, "Our Doubt Was Unbreakable In The Villiage...um, Ladyingthewater"
