Hey guys, I just got an Xbox 360 for Christmas today and it has two wireless controllers. One that came with it and one that was bought seperate. The one that we bought seperate reads to the Xbox fine but the one that came with it doesn't seem to read. Any tips on how to get it to read or how to disconnect the first controller and start all over? I'm hoping someone with more game knowledge than I have can help. Thanks.

There's a button by the top of it, click that while the xbox is on then click the little button by the controller inputs on the 360

Yeah you should just need to synchronise the controller with the console.

Just argue with the system a bit, the sync button on the 360 needs to be pressed while no games are being played but the system is on.
I think at least then press the 360 logo on the controller, and it should work.
And be happy you don't have a Wii those controllers to me are a pain to get sync'd

Basically what they said
Just first press the sync button on the Xbox next the memory slot B, then press the sync on the controller next to the LB button. Then do the same with the other controller after you get the first one synced up.
